Hello there.
I'm looking for this song recently, but I seriously don't know who made it, and I wanna know by now. I know the task won't be easy, considering it's a colonial-era East African song from the 1970s, as the title says.
I took this song from a Portuguese website called 'RTP Arquivos' by the Portuguese state company RTP, the song was recorded off the extinct radio station 'Rádio Clube De Moçambique', possibly on a program called 'Voz De Moçambique' (Voice of Mozambique), in the year of 1971, when Mozambique was still considered a Portuguese colony during the Estado Novo fascist dictatorship.
The genre is Marrabenta, a style of folk music, and the language is Changana, which means the song might be from Maputo.
If anybody can help me, it'll be appreciated.
