Hi mate, Im no mod but this doesn't sound / look like its in the right place. IE pre 1993. Seem very modern.

Email the band and ask them to look at vid and tell you? It looks like a very recent gathering / rave. The info should be readily available. I tried to shazam it but the music is too quiet. Another reason why its new. haha. If you didnt take the vid did the youtuber that posted it (assuming its not you also?) If not ask him.
