The siren & french counting at the beginning are from Simon Harris - Here Comes That Sound (Perfect Beat Mix)

The clip seems to change then, which suggests the radio station might have used that as an intro to the actual song. Maybe.

It gets interesting though as the clip plays Donna Summer's I Feel Love - which is also in Simon Harris' tune around the 2 minute mark - plus there's a lot of the vocal snippets in both clip & Simon Harris's tune.

I'm sure his tunes where on a few mixed releases like the DMC ones.

Probably a few other mixes out there too.
