Early 1990 house track to complete collection.

Any help to name this track would be greatly appreciated. It comes from a local DJ set (SAS at Zena's) from June 1990. I have all the others from the night... and I am looking to remix (without dodgy MC and some bad mixing), but this one tune has remained hidden from me (I have played thousands of tunes from Youtube and Discogs over the last year in an attempt to finish the collection)..
