1994-1996 Techno ID's

Hiya,

So been digging through old cassettes and came across one called 'Techno Trance III' on Laughin' Lizard Skins. The sound quality isn't great but the mix is really good (imo). I've attached a few samples which would be great to get ID's on. A few are quite tribal and I suspect either on the same EP. The first has a German (I think) vocal, but I have no idea what it's saying so can't google the lyrics.

Thanks cthulhu303. I agree on the other 2 possibly being the same track. I guess the DJ either dropped it twice in the same set or it's 2 tracks off the same EP or something.
