Can anyone please help me with an ID of a tune if had in my head recently?

I remember it from Danny Rampling's Love groove dance party on Radio 1.

It was a tribal/deep/progressive type track with an american male spoken word vocal.

Vocal from what I can remember was something like,

"I have never seen , ?so many people on the dancefloor,
dancing, for about 14 hours,
?dancing, non-stop,
You can dance forever, you can dance forever"
