I need an ID for a Happy Hardcore tune from 1995 please.

The vocal samples are:
"Just an addict, addicted to music", "break it down", "hello everybody", "you feel alright".

Shazam came up with nothing and my searches in Discogs using variations of the vocal sample proved fruitless.

Does anyone know what the tune is?
