I’m intrigued by this as it’s the first tune on the DJ Bear & Ellis Dee tape from Obsession Club (4th September 92). It’s only a short clip so always thought it was Rudeboy - Jungles’t but it’s definitely not. Would have been around for months too if it’s being played in September & December.
thats the first one i checked. Are "Feel The Rhythm" & "Musicology" the same track just with different names? i have a white label copy & the track has the "got to feel the rhythm" vocal. ive seen both names in tracklistings but the music is the same.
there's 3 familiar parts to the clip used in other tunes, you have the vocal part from the 'fatty boom' tune on Hardcore Vinyl & the intro synth is also just like something else ... ?
interesting to hear its in another set ..

It’s not Musicology as checked earlier. No idea if Feel The Rhythm is the same tune?
Only ever heard it played by DJ Bear on this set before your post.
I imagine its same tune with different titles as Musicology has vocals that say "Feel The Rhythm".
I had the first tune on that DJ Bear/Ellis Dee tape listed as Jungles't but its definitely not that. Its this similar sounding tune.
tune is:
The Nightbreed- Ragga From Del Bosca

Well done Col, thought you might know this.
hey Rich mate, hope you're doing well? Yeah, become a blatant Hardcore music nerd over the years, getting to know tunes inside and out - it's always frustrating to me when I can't remember it or think I know it, I like having that 'supreme knowledge' haha. And I thought it rang a bell when DJ Extreme mentioned the "fatty boom" sample and it wasn't the tune off Hardcore Vinyl. I recalled there was a tune the Nightbreed did with it, I just had to check which one as they have a lot of releases that sound similar to each "there is no other" sample getting used on multiple versions of their tunes. Sounds like the tune rips off Doc Scott's NHS riff too, or maybe Scott himself ripped it off, I dunno...
Have a great Christmas everyone
yar, you're welcome mate. Always trying to help where possible, have a great Xmasthanks fd
