Piano & breakbeat House track, samples The SOS Band - The Finest

Can anyone help ID this track which is from an Al MacKenzie set from November 1994. It's very likely to be from pre 1994 as he often dropped older tracks into his sets.

I've asked the man himself, by he can't remember, but says it definitely sound like a bootleg release. Sound Italian maybe?
