The clip you bumped 28th Feb is different from the clip on 18th Dec,
the clip from 28th Feb is an amazing tune, one of the best tunes ive ever heard, its probably a test press, have you tried to contact anyone who used to work on the radio station Space Fm to see if they have access to the sound file and if you find it then please send us a link and any information, in between times please keep uploading it to see where it came from.

Hey friend, I had heard this track on Space FM from Athens and the show Rave Alarm with DJ D-Base somewhere around '92-'93. I am friends with D-Base on Facebook, I asked him about the track but unfortunately he doesn't remember it. It’s probably unreleased anyway, I’ll upload it again, maybe I’ll get lucky. The second track is also a travel one, which I’m looking for.
