"Are you ready for this" scratch sample

Hi all,

I am trying to see whether there were any other hip hop tunes around 1988/89 that used this sample. I know it's on M-D-Emm - Get hip to this! From 1989 but unsure if this is the tune it originated from. I am sure I heard it on another hip hop tune around 88/89 on Jeff Young's big beat National Fresh show.

Also know it's on the Sasha remix of Evolution Came outta nowhere from 1990.
