Sorry for the terrible description - really uplifting melody (I've compared it to window in the sky but just in terms of uplifting feel, not those notes), fairly certain it's got piano though maybe not exclusively

Two vocal samples I remember from it:
1. female voice "what the hell is going on??!" (not sure from where, not the "what is going on?" from mixrace/house party)
2. male voice "live from hardcore" (the predator 2 sample)

to make things trickier, not even 100% sure about the second sample but fairly certain it's in there.

Not sure if it narrows it down but I thought it was something by Aurora or the Rave Doctor or Marc Royal... didn't turn out to be any of them I don't think.
