    Probably heard it but it seemed like there was a new track sampling black riot and "whoo yeah" every week in 1989...

    Arrgh, The Answer. I knew it was NY so Ive been looking through all kinds of mid 80s stuff. Burrell...all makes sense now ta. Great spot on the New Order...top Brit act.
