Re Bump, see there's a bit of a activity for italo house tunes and Plays123 mentioned a Facebook page for italo 90 tunes run by Italians. They might know this if someone could ask pls?
Excellent ID made up you got this so a massive thank you to Dara's pal. Just listened on discogs and the mix on here is the Pacific mix. The train mix had an added sample "Ready to kick some ass"

Thanks, i should've mentioned the other tune that has a very similar riff is Nitrous Moonwalk. I think these tunes inc 808 all came about the same time mid/late 1990
