don't think so, there are 3 versions of that Tammy Payne track on YT and none sound like your clip.

those tracks are on his radio one hot mixes from 6th & 8th November 1992. Others have tried but no luck so far. Somebody suggested that 1. Is "dance to this" masters at work but have not been able to...
