To clear things up, this ID is track that consists samples from "Urbanized - Helpless" & "Frankie Knuckles - Workout". I tried searching discogs but nothing seems to be it.

This is kind of tech-house from 1992. Someone suggested it could be Kevin Saunderson, but I'm not so sure about that. Maybe you guys know it better. To me it sounds like somethings from US.
