I'm completely stumped on this one.

It has quite a dark, restrained feel to it, with a spoken, seductive female vocal over a repeating bass riff and a nagging electric beat. It's not an upfront...

House tune - Pete Tong played it regularly in early 1994 (about March time, I seem to remember).

Any ideas who the artist was?
