Track 4 had me digging out some cds as it's very reminiscent of another track, Screen II - Hey Mr DJ (Stab Mix), which afterwards I see is already listed!

Perhaps it's a remix?

Can't name the track, and it probably won't help you to know it's from no later than 1990 as I have it on a mix tape myself.
