As edited into the top of the post, I've managed to ID the 2nd 2/3's of the sendspace clip above (see top for details), but would still most appreciate an ID of the track comprising the first third...

been able to confirm that at least the majority of the clip in question *is* the electroliners track :)

Hi, these tracks are off an old tape my mate recorded once, from a selection of his friend's records
Not entirely sure of the year these tunes come from, but
guesing pre-96 from the sound of them
...
