This was played to death by the pirates in around 92/93.
It samples the violin (orchestral) opening of ELO's Livin' Thing, then goes into a sample of...

I've also put up the next 40 odd seconds of track 5, it contains a Baby D loop, might jog someone's memory?
Is there anywhere I can buy / attain audio rips of those...
