Totally. It sounds like a much earlier tune. From research I think it first came out on Go Beat in 1994.

The only track which comes to mind is Smooth Touch - House Of Love (Six 6 Records), which uses the "Raise your hands" sample. I'm not sure of all the mixes though as I used to only ever play the...

Total quality tune which has the sample "It's difficult thesedays to get good grass" and uses a similar synth sound to React 2 Rhythm - Whatever You Dream.
I'm not sure whether the start of this...
