I heard a nice track at the background of this radio jingle. Because of the format of the station, I guess it's a late 80s/early 90s track.

Who knows which song it is, the one in the YouTube file...

I really like the music in the track below, and I'm about 99 % sure it's sampled from another (probably very old) song.

Does somebody have any idea where the music has been sampled from?
