Taken from a mate of a mate's tape so don't really have much supporting info to assist with the ID.

Unfortunately only a very short clip as this was right at the end of the tape.

This tune was taken from Danny D's (from D Mob) Essential Mix in June 1994.

Old hardcore track from around 1991-2. Has the lyrics:
