"Believe me, I have tried all this stuff"

Record from Radio circa 1992.
No other info on this except for the sample "Believe me, I have tried all this stuff".

I have put 3 segments of the original track into the attached file.
1st the introduction of the track
2nd the middle of the track
and 3rd the sample "Believe me, I have tried all this stuff" which occurs about 2/3rds into the track.

Any ideas ?
