Breakbeat Hardcore Track

Hi!

Please help to ID track by the attached sample. Sounds like UK Breakbeat Hardcore from the early 90's.
The voice (MC?) samples seem to be a part of the track, maybe it's a cut from a live set, put on a vinyl record.
