My suspicion is that this is a mash up done via sampler, that's why I wrote "mixed in". Remember this mix was not done in 1995, so they can use modern tools to do that.
Need to find the next track where female voice saying "I think I'm hot" or something similar.
I uploaded a sample to make it easier for other board members.
