There is a track that samples the phrase 'Music was the magic' and is the same sample as used at the beginning of this mix of "Deep In You' by Dreams Unlimited.

I can't place it in my head and its driving me crazy. (I also think it might sample the 'deep in you' vocal as well but I'm not 100% sure if that's the same tune I'm thinking of).
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
