Techno track of 1994-95

Unfortunately I don't know the tune but to me it sounds like a Hard Trance/Makina track from Spain or thereabouts (Bit Music, ADN, Boy Records, ...). Just a thought, this ID might get more hits in the Hardcore, Trance or Old School Classics sections.

(Edit: from a songwriting perspective, the singing sounds like 'humming up' the melody before working out the lyrics for the song, the melody is also arpeggiated and not worked out to form a musical sentence or a riff... this could be a preview, demo or work-in-progress version of a track)
