It's not synth pop sound! Most likely it's trance sound?

Synth Pop (say Pet Shop Boys, Erasure etc) and Synth Wave (Cold, Minimal) are already different styles.

This is more connected to late 80s/early 90s Futurpop / EBM (Electronic Body Music) rather than Goa Trance..
