13.04 is Megatonk Belgium. Quite possibly one of the greatest tunes ever..

7:07 sounds very similar to one of my unknown ID's. Have a listen from 00:55 of the following:

They have the same haunting vocal, the same rhythmic drum track and same acid bassline. They appear to be different versions of the same tune.
