Okay, apologies for the vagueness of this but there was a track played on radio 1a few years ago, maybe in last 5, that was a very oldskool breakbeat with piano and a vocal but then it turns right into a big beat house style riff before returning to piano breaks.
No idea on how to even search for this so hope the above makes some sense to someone!
