Hi all,sorry a bit vague but i only know what the centre looked like,its from roughly 88-89, one side is black with white writing and other side has a smiley with a red bandana on it. I used to have it but cant remember what it was and sold it years ago so it could be a cheesy uk release of something but its bugging me what it was!
