Huge tune from 1991 (sample from radio show)

A friend have been looking for this tune that he recorded of a radioshow in 1991.

Very intense, but uplifting stuff. Screaming vocal samples and an infectious synth riff.

I cannot ID the track but seeing as I am such a guy I downloaded it and converted to 64kbs to get it under 1.5MB ;)
