Palm Tree/ Tie a Yellow Ribbon?

Hi all,

Looking for this tune from an old Ramos tape, it was a set with some tunes that I've not really heard that much anywhere else. This one is the one I really want to get hold of though, it has the melody from Tie a Yellow Ribbon by Brotherhood of Man and a male vocal whispering "palm tree". Hope someone can help put me out of my misery!
