Track 1 is a variation on The Temptations - Cloud Nine, but unfortunately I cannot ID the Artist :$

I've just identified the track by a quick search on the electronic bible Discogs :

"Play by numbers - Cloud Nine (Ready Mix) - 1983"
Pure New-York electro-funk.
