its a fabulous track, the drumprogramming sounds typical
1989, while the rest could be from 1990 or 91 as well,
i could not find anything in the web, and that although there are pretty much vocals in it:

or any hint on the singers name would be fantastic, amazing tune ..

I think it's from 89. I have it somewhere. I think it's Julian Jonah singing. Will have a look for it.
