Can you please help me to identify the tune by attached excerpt?
Ok, I don't really know what year it is from, it can be not the early 90's. I took it from some unrelated movie clip in 2001-02. But it's sounding so much like 90's techno rave, that I think it should belong there. In fact, it reminds me of Altern-8.
