sound's like F.O.X. - Boing but too much distortion to confirm ;-)
It sounds like F.O.X. - Boing to me too but i have this track,,so..maybe its different track...anybody else/??
Deffo sounds like beltram under his "x-buzz" tag.. 'x-buzz/overload' ... X Buzz - Overload ( 1993 ) - YouTube ;)
...and i think as its so distorted the main beat sounds offset by half a beat due to drop out making the kick sound where the hi-hats are..a tad confusing but still...hope it helps.
