Hi, can anyone tell me the name of a tune that has a sample of a man repeatedly saying "You can not be programmed" with haunting strings behind it then drops into a break beat with a sort of siren sound and the words "Energise" repeated?? It also has a sample saying "rock it, yeah rock it" Think it could be 1991 or 1990 as had it on an old Keith Suckling 8@Kaos tape.
