Esther, yes, Track 15 samples Riot in Lagos, but quite a lot of tunes back then sampled that. It's definitely not "All Right, All ready- The Rhythm Masters" (from 1989).
This one sounds like it's from 1991.
Also, now I know why Track 14 was so familiar...I've actually had it all the while :-)
