i'd say yes, as the style is absolutely typical for 1990 (drums/arrangement..)
it makes me almost crazy that i can't even find any similarity to an artist, label,
tried everything, if i can link the drum programming / the bassline to a specific producer/his style of producing, i'm totally in the dark with that, no idea :(
maybe the bassline, and the (partially) short 909 snares, and how they are programmed,
can be linked to anybody, but don't know.
also, the song is pretty underground, maybe an unreleased production, then all the effort would be senseless ^^
hope we can solve it .. :)
