It has a sample of a guy saying "it's a tough beat but someone's gotta do it" at the very start followed by a female vocal singing "ahhhh haaa", "ahhhh haaa" <-- this part may possibly be saying "commmme on", "commmme on" : /

Then it kicks in with an Apache breakbeat
