Track With Hellraiser Sample 1993-1994

Hi,
I'm asked the following:
Im searching for a track which Uses samples from The Movie Hellraiser II:"Your Suffering will be legendary....even in Hell".

Repeated several time during the track(Not sure)

It was heard on Radio Balans 99,4Fm around '94.

I'm not sure it is UK Hardcore(breakbeat) or Hardcore(gabber).

Other info: The person in question asked a recordshop in Rotterdam who told himit Would/Could be an UK track which had only 200 pieces released.
