I've been after this one for a while. Dates back to a NASA rave mix from 1992. Scooby-doo-ish muttering pops up here and there. It has a heavy bass groove, and the midsection is carried by a shimmery high pitched whistle-like sound. It's all tied together with a 4x4 stomp, and the only word to describe it would be EPIC.
