Unknown 91 tune from a Slipmatt mix

Hi all

Anyone know this tune? Could be a real tester. I've sampled it from a Slipmatt mixtape I've got from 91. Don't know the event but I've always loved this tune. Its partially mixed in with a tune sampling "hear the drummer get wicked" near the end, not bothered about that so much.

Any help would be massively appreciated
