Uses the same vocal sample as this, just pitched waaaaaaaaay down.....might give you something to go on at least?
It's the sort of sample MK used a lot + the horn at 2.06 is pure MK....

It does sound alot like that song, maybe a different version?
I'm not sure of the dj, i think the year was 1992/1993.
I got the song on a tape from a friend won't tell me the artist/title :(
