Id on Old Skool tune with Spanish twist

Hello.

I'm after a quality old skool tune but It has a Spanish twist to It.

It starts off with Spanish guitars then about two mintes Into the tune a big piano riff comes In with a vocal say'ing:
Take me to the top, take me to the top, take me to the top.

Does anyone know this??
