Been looking to id these two tunes from 1991(ish) for ages. Please check the link and I would appreciated any help you can give;

Someone did suggest the second one was Jumpin Julian Perez Relight My Fire Dub version from dj international import, but after buying that it isnt the right one!

Any ideas on the first tune with the "emergency emergency" sample. Sounds like its sampled from the start of Miami Sound Machine - Dr. Beat?
