Old Skool Mix 93/94? - Hallelujah Sample

Hi all -

Any help ID'ing the next track is much aprpeciated. It's a short sample, 30 seconds, but it's proabably enough for anyone who knows the track ID to name it.

The mix is from around 93/94, other than that, no details I'm afraid.
