Tune i.d. Please. Samples Simon Harris Pleasure Control

Hi,

I'm a noobie to this site so hi to everybody who reads this post.

I'd like help identifying a house track from around 1990.

The tune itself starts with a whistle melody and contains a male vocal over the top saying "To the sounds of the funk" it then samples Simon Harris (I got your) Pleasure Control from 1989, just the female vocal, I, I, I, got your pleasure.

I heard it on an Andy Carrol mix tape just titled Passion so not sure of the date. If any of you have this set its on side two mixed between DJ H "Think About" and "Sweet Sensation".

Not sure if it is a remixed version of the Simon Harris original or just uses the sample.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
